Brian is the Chief Executive Officer of H.I.G. Capital and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Since joining H.I.G. in 1994, Brian has held a number of leadership positions at the firm. Most recently, he served as Co-President, alongside Rick Rosen, directing the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Brian worked in PepsiCo’s strategic planning group. Brian began his career with the investment banking firm of Dillon, Read & Co.

Brian earned a B.S., with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
